Duties:

- Complete in-house tooling forms, parts estimating forms, raw material cost requisition form and ATD quote breakdown form to roll these costs into an estimate.
- Request quotes and secure competitive costs from vendors for any outside items/processes needed to complete estimates.
- Send prints and data to Costa Rica Engineering facility as needed for flat blanks and other information needed for estimates.
- Evaluate tooling cost breakdown sheets, packaging instructions and other customer provided documents to determine the required costs for each production step.
- Conduct re-quotes for all customers including service requirements, labor adjustments, material or component price changes and volume fluctuations.
- Provide service and support to sales/engineering departments on any new and/or existing programs in all facets of their development.
- Download / Upload data and quotes on customer portals and ftp sites.
- Able to demonstrate organization skills and complete tasks with time efficiency.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
- Possess proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Be present and on time daily.

Education/Experience/Training:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or related field / experience

- Good math aptitude

Quality Inspector – Sharon Center, OH
Duties:
- Required duties in all focus areas
- Perform in process layouts to process in production as stated on the Inspection Instruction Sheet.
- Layout all first runs and verify by layout all jobs shut down on production floor.
- Review the Operator Instruction Sheets to ensure the Job and Part Numbers are correct, the frequency of inspection is designated and that all the critical features and dimensions have been specified before issuing.
- Check to ensure that all paperwork issued to operators, when controlled copies, is the most recent revision.
- Operate Quality Gaging equipment (surface plates and accessories, reference (gage) pins, micrometers and dial calipers, coordinate measuring machines, optical comparators, functional gages and Rockwell Hardness Testers) for routine inspection of first-run production parts, start-of-run parts following die repair or replacement. Ensure that all critical features and dimensions are within the specified tolerances.
- Maintain and complete OIS, In-Process Layout Sheet, Part Print (engineering drawing), Production Routing Slip for Job Folder.
- Stop production (shut down presses/welders/tappers, etc) based upon quality inspection, and discussion with available technical experts (ex: Quality Supervisor, Quality Engineer, any individual designated to have this responsibility by the Quality Manager, etc)
- Perform “green dot” and “blue dot” inspections per the appropriate IATF 16949 guidelines in order to ensure that completed product can be moved from the production area in a timely manner.
- Follow all applicable IATF 16949 processes.

Maintenance Technician – Harlingen, TX – 1st Shift
Duties:
- Responsible for completion of preventative and predictive maintenance as scheduled for all building, equipment and machinery using eMaint System.
- Complete corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment and document repairs within eMaint System.
- Assist production and other departments with troubleshooting and repair of machinery and equipment, identifying root cause and eliminating the faults, and complete assigned work orders as need it.
- Complete physical building repairs as needed: Air, water, sprinkler system, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
- Aptitude using machining equipment: mill, lathe, drill press, etc. and strong welding and fabrication skills.
- Assist in installation and relocation of new machinery and equipment as required.
- Order required parts, maintenance equipment, and supplies from outside vendors. Contract outside vendors on larger projects as directed by Manager.
- Complete minor projects as assigned by Manager and run errands as assigned.
- Conduct work that complies with Local, State and Federal regulations and work safe and be aware of potential hazards that may affect yourself and other associates. This includes proper use of tools, equipment and following OSHA safety regulations.
- Use Hot Work Permits where required, while ensuring safe operation of activity.
- Ensure completion of daily inspection as assigned and participate in annual inspection of hoist and crane.
