Duties:

  • Required duties in all focus areas
    • Check daily schedule for assignment from Team Leader.
    • Read OIS before the start of each job.
    • Maintain required quality control checks throughout shift
    • Contact Material Handler for part requirements or when inventory runs low
    • Contact Team Leader or supervisor regarding any problems
    • Maintain clean area and help others maintain clean area
    • Maintain safe work area; wear proper personal protective equipment Glasses, Steel toe Shoes, Gloves, Hearing Protection and Kevlar safety sleeves when preforming the following duties: Changing coils on any presses During press setups.
    • Complete all necessary documentation correctly and timely, including: data cards and any other necessary documentation
    • Adhere to all safety requirements including; HMIS, Lock out Tag out, Bloodborne pathogen, Personal Protective Equipment, Guarding and any other safety requirement
    • Follow all applicable IATF 16949 processes.
    • Train associates as required.
    • Be present and on time daily.
    • Generally, perform all other duties as required.

 

Education/Experience/Training:

  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • 3 years experience with presses and related equipment
  • 3 years experience with stamping dies
  • 1 year experience with progressive dies for prog dies
  • 1 year experience transfer dies for trans press

Weld Tech – Seville, OH – 3rd Shift

Duties:

Production Support Focus

  • Work with Engineering on new equipment and fixture builds.
  • MIG welding and resistance welding support.
  • Troubleshoot MIG welding and Resistance welding equipment and processes.
  • Programming / Adjust Robotic Welding equipment as needed.
  • Contact Lead Person or supervisor regarding any problems.
  • Maintain clean area and help others maintain clean area.
  • Maintain safe work area, wear proper personal protective equipment.
  • Work with set-up personnel to reduce / lean up changeover times on welders.
  • Follow and complete all required documentation & paperwork
  • Follow all applicable TS16949 processes.
  • Be present and on time daily.
  • Generally, perform all other duties as required.

Set Up Support Focus

  • Perform duties of Production Support focus.
  • Perform tip changes.
  • Control sensor key, assist production associates when sensor alarms.

 

Education/Experience/Training:

  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • 2 years hands-on manufacturing experience

Duties:

  • Perform die making operations as per blue print requirements by working with co-workers, leaders, engineers and supervisors for construction of new dies.
  • Able to make in press repairs and/or adjustments

Maintenance Technician – Harlingen, TX – 1st Shift

Duties:

  • Responsible for completion of preventative and predictive maintenance as scheduled for all building, equipment and machinery using eMaint System.
  • Complete corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment and document repairs within eMaint System.
  • Assist production and other departments with troubleshooting and repair of machinery and equipment, identifying root cause and eliminating the faults, and complete assigned work orders as need it.
  • Complete physical building repairs as needed: Air, water, sprinkler system, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
  • Aptitude using machining equipment: mill, lathe, drill press, etc. and strong welding and fabrication skills.
  • Assist in installation and relocation of new machinery and equipment as required.
  • Order required parts, maintenance equipment, and supplies from outside vendors. Contract outside vendors on larger projects as directed by Manager.
  • Complete minor projects as assigned by Manager and run errands as assigned.
  • Conduct work that complies with Local, State and Federal regulations and work safe and be aware of potential hazards that may affect yourself and other associates. This includes proper use of tools, equipment and following OSHA safety regulations.
  • Use Hot Work Permits where required, while ensuring safe operation of activity.
  • Ensure completion of daily inspection as assigned and participate in annual inspection of hoist and crane.
  • Maintain and ensure all machine guarding is effectively in place at all times.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area and help others to maintain a clean area at all times.
  • Maintain safety equipment schedule of eye wash and fire extinguisher.
  • Clean, maintain and organize the oil storage area.

 

Education/Experience/Training:
